Role Overview:
ASKIN Softech is seeking a skilled React / NextJS Developer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will possess robust knowledge of CSS, build tools, and a strong command over Javascript. Experience with state management using Redux or Mobx is essential for this role. Candidate will be able to use existing available UI frameworks such as MUI, Ant Design or Foundation to develop and developer robust frontend solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performing websites using React / NextJS.
- Knowledge of server side rendering, REST API integrations.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop responsive layouts and component-driven solutions.
- Utilize unit tests to ensure the reliability and scalability of developed components.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Implement best practices for code versioning and collaboration using Git.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Utilize project management tools such as JIRA or similar to track progress and manage tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in React / NextJS development.
- Strong proficiency in CSS, build tools, and Javascript.
- Experience with state management using Redux or Mobx.
- Experience working with React UI Frameworks such as MUI, Ant Design or similar.
- Knowledge of common NPM modules (Axios, Moment etc).
- Basic knowledge of Figma for collaboration with UI/UX designers.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js or Python/Django is a plus.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
