Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with a solid understanding of JavaScript, Node.js frameworks like Express.js, and design patterns. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in developing robust and scalable web applications, collaborating closely with UI developers, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop backend components using Node.js and JavaScript, following best practices and design patterns.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with UI developers to integrate frontend elements with server-side logic, maintaining a seamless user experience
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver features on time.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Node.js development, with a strong understanding of design patterns
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js frameworks, particularly Express.js, Unit Testing frameworks
- Solid knowledge of MySQL databases, query optimization, and database design principles
- Experience with API design and development, including RESTful architecture
Additional Information:
- Familiarity with caching mechanisms such as Redis and messaging systems like RabbitMQ/Kafka is a plus
- Basic frontend knowledge with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficient in version control tools such as Git
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA, Docker.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- This is a full-time position based in Bikaner/Jaipur.
