Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as an HR & Client Account Manager. This role will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, performance management, client relationship management, and team development. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of HR expertise, client service skills, project management capabilities, and a passion for nurturing talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Actively source, screen, and onboard new talent to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Utilize various recruitment channels and strategies to attract toptier candidates.
- Team Development: Work closely with team members to identify areas for skill development and career growth. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to enhance team productivity and job satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with project owners and key stakeholders to track and evaluate the performance of team members. Implement performance improvement plans as necessary and provide ongoing support to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate company-wide events, team-building activities, and training sessions to foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement.
- Leave Tracking: Manage employee leave requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Coordinate with team leads to ensure adequate coverage during absences.
- Client Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts. Proactively engage with clients to understand project requirements, provide status updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Project & Hour Tracking: Monitor project progress and resource utilization to ensure timely delivery and efficient allocation of resources. Maintain detailed records of billable hours and expenses for client billing purposes.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members regarding company updates, policy changes, and upcoming events to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and project management tools. Knowledge of OrangeHR is a plus.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position based in Bikaner/Jaipur. We can consider Remote candidates in some exceptional cases.
- We can also consider part time candidate for partial role (HR)
